Radio
Dubroom is a series of podcasts, started in May
2010. The music contains not just the best of the
Online (DUB) Reggae Artists community, but also
material which is reviewed in the Dubroom, rare or
out-of-print music, and much more. Every
episode is a non-stop mix, available for free
download right from the Dubroom server. Just click
"Download" and you will be redirected in
a new window to the right download page.
Radio
Dubroom Extra is the Revival of the Original Radio
Dubroom! Although the shows are streaming only,
the freedom for the selector is
"unlimited" and therefore much more of a
Radio Show than the podcasts. It is also possible
to request tracks or even themes for Radio Dubroom
Extra. For
more info: see our FAQ.

REGGAE DUB WISDOM
RADIO
DUBROOM 2014 CHAPTER 5 |
WWW,
June 2014 - With Roots and Culture from all
times and places, this chapter of Radio
Dubroom shows how Reggae Music goes together
hand in hand with consciousness. From Jah
Wisdom to conscious observations, you will
find it voiced over the bass and drum lines.
Here is Roots Reggae Dub Wisdom: enjoy!
The set
opens up with a track from the download
archives of yours truly: this one was
available for download on the website from
the (Netherlands based) producer Robert
Curiel back in the previous century. It's a
Dub full of vibes, just like the second one
by Sheya Mission and the 1975 7"
release by what many consider to be the
first Roots Reggae band in the UK.

DUBROOM 2014 CHAPTER 4 |
WWW,
May 2014 - Featuring Michael Rose, Fred
Locks, Mad Professor, Twilight Circus and a
special Dub Plate version of Messian Dread's
brand new Imperial dubwise riddim among many
more touch and conscious selections, we're
happy to present the fourth chapter of Radio
Dubroom 2014.
The set
opens up with Michael Rose's
"Warrior" and Dub, followed by
Fred Locks singing "Won't Give
Up". These are all releases by
the Canadian but Netherlands based Dub
producer Twilight Circus. Check them out at www.twilightcircus.com.
Nucleus Roots and Talking Dog, both located
in the UK give some crucial sounds before we
return to yet another Dub with Michael Rose
from the Twilight Circus.

RADIO
DUBROOM 2014 CHAPTER 3 |
WWW,
April 2014 - An ultra rare 12" by Misty
in Roots, an equally out of print and hard
to get 7" by Brimstone and a perhaps
even more rare DUB from the online community
by Kwame: just three highlights out of the
third chapter of Radio Dubroom 2014. Over
one and a half hour of heavyweight sounds of
the Singers and Players of Instruments,
including the mixing board.
The set opens up with a selection of
older UK Roots Reggae and DUB. As the
history of Reggae in the UK is as old as the
music itself, it shouldn't be too much of a
surprise to find out all kinds of historic
recordings that have gone lost in the memory
holes of just too many people. Misty in
Roots' excellent 12" "Salvation (Discomix)" and Brimstone's 7"
"Final Judgement/Final Dub" are
two of them.
